Welcome back to The Weightloss Edit. A few weeks ago, I made a deal with myself that I was going to get back to where I know I ma comfortable and healthy, which is going to involve dropping a few (lots) of pounds. I know that my tendency to be easily distracted is high when it comes to eating well. The Weightloss Edit: Week 2

Welcome back to the Weightloss edit. A couple of weeks ago I decided that my health (and waistline) needed to seriously get back on track. Moving home was a big time and we cut corners with food, celebrated with food, and relaxed with food throughout! Last week I lost 2lbs (despite a whole load of chocolate falling into my mouth!) but this week's progress has been unexpectedly interrupted by an evil stomach bug of unknown origin.

The Weightloss Edit: Weekly Motivation & Meal Plan

Welcome back to the Weightloss edit. A couple of weeks ago I decided that my health (and waistline) needed to seriously get back on track. Moving home was a big time and we cut corners with food, celebrated with food, and relaxed with food throughout! Last week I lost 2lbs (despite a whole load of chocolate falling into my mouth!) but this week's progress has been unexpectedly interrupted by an evil stomach bug of unknown origin.

Last week I vowed that I was going to start being healthier and hopefully shed some of the pounds I’ve gained since moving last month. In the grand scheme of things, I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, but I’m a good half a stone heavier than when we moved, which means I’m a good stone or more from my ideal weight.
