The Weightloss Edit: Weekly Motivation & Meal Plan #3

Welcome back to The Weightloss Edit. A few weeks ago, I made a deal with myself that I was going to get back to where I know I ma comfortable and healthy, which is going to involve dropping a few (lots) of pounds. I know that my tendency to be easily distracted is high when it comes to eating well. I hoped that by sharing my weekly meal plan and results I might stay more motivated and in turn maybe help to motivate others too.

My 6-month old loves this, so if you want to make this for your weaning little see the notes next to some of the stages of prep.

This is perfect for freezing, and we have known to argue about whether this tastes better fresh from the pan or a few days later!

After a really shitty year I had piled on weight, living on takeaways and junk food and barely fitting into any of my clothes. What did fit made me feel frumpy and fat, and I had zero self-confidence.
