We all know that life is hectic, especially when you add kids into the equation! Finding time to enjoy an actual date when you spend your days fielding poonami’s, projectile vomit, school or nursery runs, 5am wakeup calls, and constant demands for snacks can be difficult at the best of times. Mr C and I have been chatting this week about finding more time for us. The reality of it is that babysitters are not always forthcoming. Finding the energy to actually get dressed and leave the house can definitely be a chore, too! New Home Wish List: MummyMamaMum Is Moving!

The move is now only 4 weeks away, so naturally my thoughts have turned to STUFF! As in stuff that I can buy. Legit. Without getting told off by Mr C! Except maybe I’m getting a bit ahead of myself. Because let’s face it, moving is already a pretty expensive deal, and we are on a fairly tight budget these days. Add to that the fact that we need quite a lot of stuff, and seriously I could end up spending a small fortune. Stress Free Mamahood Choose Happiness

One of my all time favourite films is Trainspotting, and I was thinking about that famous quote (y’know, the “choose life” one) a lot today. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not comparing my life to that of a heroin addict (unless you count coffee as the ultimate drug?!)
